Excellent service, reliable and efficient.

The service here was great. Alex did a great job breaking down all the possible payment options without us even asking (it was a great visual to compare it all on paper). Our sales person Cody was also great, we liked the fact that he brought the vehicle inside the service area so that we could take the time to look at it inside out of the cold weather and gave us time to think about things alone. Lastly, our finance specialist Kayla was amazing. She was great with our 3 young kids that we brought with us. She gave them balloons and let them play out in the glassed in area while we were dealing with the paperwork. We kept all of these folks past closing time and none of them made us feel bad about it. Overall a great experience and we would make the 2 1/2 hour drive from our home to shop here again.

We were just looking casually for a new SUV ! We were met by a young but amazing sales person named Cody STEEVES ! He was able to answer all our questions regarding the QX line up . Cody was very pleasant and easy to work with. Never once did we feel pressured to buy a vehicle. He acted as a true professional and a gentleman throughout the process. I just purchased a vehicle from here. David was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. I was informed at every step of the process. I started the process online as I live out of town. They had the vehicle that has all of the things we wanted in a new to us vehicle. When I spoke with the Sales Manager Darren he asked what payments I was comfortable and was able to deliver below that amount. He worked very hard to get us financed and made sure that we got the best rate that we could. Kayla is the finance person that helped us and she was amazing in working hard to get us approved for the financing needed to purchase our vehicle. She personally reached out again today to make sure things were still going well. I told her that we were very happy with our experience and that they treated us like one of the family. We were laughing and talking about all sorts of things. We are very happy so far with our experience and appreciate all of their hard work getting us into the vehicle we wanted!

I was very happy with the purchase experience and felt comfortable with the negotiations and asking to see more of the details pertaining to the costing of the car. I felt that both Jayson and Jordan tried hard to determine a price that would work for me. Negotiations are always nerve-wrecking, but in the end I felt I was treated very fairly. When I went to pick up the car to take home, Jayson spent over 2 hours explaining the features of the car. He encouraged me to call or text with any questions in the future. I have bought 2 other new cars in the last 12 years and have never had that kind of attention. He is a very good and patient teacher. I have had 5 previous Hondas and 1 Acura in the past.....
